This is a new subsidy program aiming energy upgrading of your home (apartment, condo, house), saving money, energy and increasing the value of your property. This energy upgrade is achieved by interventions recommended by the energy inspector after coordination with the owner.

Some of the interventions funded are:

• the replacement of windows and glass (double glazing, front doors, staircase frames, shutters, shutters, awnings, etc.)
• insulation
• the installation of awnings and shading systems
• the upgrade of the heating system (oil boiler change)
• the installation of a heat pump or a pellet, wood or biomass boiler
• the installation of High-Efficiency fireplaces
• the installation of a solar water heater

Includes:
Upgrading of the heating and hot water supply system.
Installation of new or replacement of the burner system and / or boiler with a new oil or gas system (central or individual).

Installation of alternative heating systems
Converting a traditional fireplace into a central heating system, replacing it with a high-energy-efficient fireplace with very low power consumption, connecting it to radiators or installing alternative biomass heating systems (pellet heaters, wood, etc).

Heat Pump Installation
It is the most economical method for heating, cooling and producing hot water (saving up to 70% compared with oil).
Heating and cooling is achieved by exploiting ambient air temperature. You pay only a small amount of electricity (at about 30%), and most of the energy required comes from ambient temperature.
The difference between a heat pump and a common air conditioner is that the heat pump is connected to the existing heating system (radiator) and water circuit and provides heating and cooling to the heaters (Fancoil or underfloor installation) and hot water use.
With the heat pump firstly we consume and then we pay, while with oil we first pay and then consume.

Building’s Thermal Insulation
Installation of thermal insulation in the building (including additional tasks such as dismantling, roof repairs e.g. tile replacement, etc.).
